Our Complaints Procedure
Our centres strive to continually carry out a highly professional service and make improvements to develop areas of our service for the future. Whilst we all try very hard to provide a friendly, courteous and professional service to all our clients and visitors, sadly, sometimes things can go wrong. If this is the case we would very much like to be told so that we can take the necessary steps to improve our service.
If you feel that you would like to raise an issue following your assessment please talk to us, we will always make the time to listen.
