Our centres strives to continually carry out a highly professional service and make necessary improvements to develop areas of our service for the future. Whilst we all try very hard to provide a friendly, courteous and professional service to all our clients and visitors, sadly, sometimes things can go wrong. If this is the case we would very much like to be told so that we can take the necessary steps to improve our service.
